Forever and Ever Amen...

The Essential Love Infusion ~ Forest Park, Portland, OR

Be thirsty heart, seek forever without a rest.
Let this soundless longing hidden deep inside you
be the source of every word you say.
~ Rumi ~

What is this soundless longing that drives my desire for intimacy, for soulful connection? What memory of God is stirred when I feel the rain drops on my face and smell the freshness, the dampness of the forest? It is the memory of I AM.
I am this moment. I am this freshness. I am this greening. I am this blossoming. I am this wetness. I am this springtime bursting open with the Scent of the Sacred. I am this, we are.
Stillness enters me, life awakens my body from the inside. I breath in, I breath out. And I know, simply, truly that all I've ever wanted, all I've ever longed for was this deep and true experience of Omniversial Love.
I am grateful for the abundance of Love in my life. I am grateful for the web of connections, the heartstrings that play the invisible melody of forever. I am in you, you are in me. Together we are the I AM.
And so it is. Ameyn.

Touching the Absolute

Touching the Absolute
Robin's Egg and Pink Flower (Unknown)
~Forest Park, Portland, OR~
Right from the start, situate yourself outside of spiritual progression,
Outside of contemplation,
Outside of seeking,
Outside of skillful speech,
Outside of meditation on the divinities,
Outside of concentration and recitation on the texts.
What is, tell me, the absolute reality
That leaves no room for any doubt whatsoever?
Listen carefully!
Stop becoming attached to this or that,
And, dwelling in your own true absolute nature,
Take pleasure peacefully in the reality of the world.
~Spandakarika, Song of the Sacred Tremor~
This is the 5th day of my raw juice feast and I am feeling the sacred tremoring in my body and in my life. My sense are becoming heightened -- smells, sounds, sights are especially stimulating and sometimes unnerving. This is a rarefied, clarified and refined state of being. What is my intention for the feast? To connect more directly, purely and honestly with my own nature, my essence and my rhythmic self. Who am I really in an undiluted and unpolluted state?
I wonder why I venture from this way of living, this state of being? I wonder why I entertain the numbed fear state in my body and in my life? Why do I want to avoid the embodied life at times? Why do I veer from the ways of being that are the fulfillment of my deepest desire? I believe that, up until now, I have had a limited capacity/ability/willingness (all of the above) to feel and fully experience desire, ecstasy, intimacy, presence and to allow myself to be sustained in this state. Do I deserve it? Can I afford it? Is this real? Am I avoiding? Will I pay for this bliss later? Today, all of these questions dissolved and I let myself be fully present each moment. One moment beautifully cascading into the next with the grace of my own breath. No striving, no seeking, no resisting...allowing, trusting, opening, enjoying the connection with my own nature. In this place I am embodied, in this place I know the sweet taste of oneness, of belonging, of true love.
Today, I let myself be. Experienced Being. Dissolved into Presence.
I took a walk in Forest Park (http://tinyurl.com/27mfbp) this afternoon. Eight days ago I placed water in mason jars at the base of several cloisters (I prefer to think of them that way) of Trillium -- both white and pink. The essence of the Trillium is "true love" -- it is referred to as the "herb of true love." I am making a flower essence that I will bottle and offer to people that are wanting the support of nature and the planet in walking this path of embodied love. Today I checked on the jars, repositioned some and added a new one. When I picked up one of the jars (which three of my teenage girlfriends placed for me) I was amazed at the tremoring vibration of love...clear, powerful, vibrating, singing love that was emanating from the jar. Joyful love, ecstatic love, enduring love. I am thrilled about this project and am grateful for the Divine guidance that introduced me to this idea. (If you are interested in the Essential Love infusion, send me an email.)
Logging off now. Must go finish my apple, beet, carrot, spirulina concoction. I will be sharing more about the Spandakarika -- the sacred tremoring -- and my ongoing practice of presence and embodiment. Until then, my sage advice (giggle) -- is LET GO, LET BE, BE FREE!

Amen. And yes, I do confirm this with the entirety of my being!

The Sacred Marriage: Mystical and Erotic

Anakha Coman leads us through the realities of fusing the mystical and erotic within ourselves...in actually becoming Love. From a deep inner prompting and an inspired conversation with Andrew Harvey (http://www.andrewharvey.net), her spiritual director, she began a new, committed path of awakening the Sacred Heart and fully embodying Love's Presence. She now shares what she is learning and experiencing on that journey into embodied love. One of the aspects of the awakening process she addresses in this video blog is the disorientation that is an inevitable part of personal transfiguration.

There are five key aspects of this transfiguration, that come out of fusing the mystical and erotic energies:

1) The Christed Heart, the birth of a new heart, a Sacred Heart...a devoted, donated heart capable of unconditioned and unconditional love.

2) The Sacramental Perception, with a renewed vision we are able to perceive all that is as Sacred, all duality and polarization melts into the Oneness of Love.

3) The Illumined Mind, The Transformed mind arises out of losing our limited mind, and receiving an inspired, creative, systemic mind rather than a fear-based, constricted thought system.

4) The Awakened Body, A body that is alive, infused and cellularly activated with the Presence of God. In the Judeo-Christian tradition, it is called "the resurrection body " and "the glorified body." The prophet Isaiah said, "The dead shall live, their bodies shall rise" (Isa. 26:19). St. Paul called it "the celestial body" or "spiritual body " (soma pneumatikon) (I Corinthians 15:40).In Sufism it is called "the most sacred body " (wujud al-aqdas) and "supracelestial body " (jism asli haqiqi). In Taoism, it is called "the diamond body," and those who have attained it are called "the immortals" and "the cloudwalkers."In Tibetan Buddhism it is called "the light body."In Tantrism and some schools of yoga, it is called "the vajra body," "the adamantine body," and "the divine body."In Kriya yoga it is called "the body of bliss."In Vedanta it is called "the superconductive body."In Gnosticism and Neoplatonism, it is called "the radiant body."In the alchemical tradition, the Emerald Tablet calls it "the Glory of the Whole Universe" and "the golden body." The alchemist Paracelsus called it "the astral body."In the Hermetic Corpus, it is called "the immortal body " (soma athanaton). In some mystery schools, it is called "the solar body."In Rosicrucianism, it is called "the diamond body of the temple of God."In ancient Egypt it was called "the luminous body or being" (akh). In Old Persia it was called "the indwelling divine potential" (fravashi or fravarti). In the Mithraic liturgy it was called "the perfect body " (soma teilion). In the philosophy of Sri Aurobindo, it is called "the divine body," composed of supramental substance. In the philosophy of Teilhard de Chardin, it is called "the ultrahuman."

5) The Liberated Soul, unbound by past limitations, we are free to move with boundless creativity, wisdom, love and joy. We fully realize the Kingdom of Heaven in our own indwelling temple and at the core of our lives.

As we awaken as Love, we begin experiencing a new freedom...
a new freedom of spirit...
a new freedom of movement...
a new freedom of creativity
a new freedom of joy

Believe Yourself a Whole

Believe Yourself a Whole
Edward Carpenter

Believe yourself a Whole...
These needs, these desires, these faculties --
This of eating and drinking, the great pleasure of food,
the need of sex converse and of renewal in and from the bodies of others;
The faculty of sight, the wonderful panorama of the visible, and of hearing;
The inquisitive roaming brain, the love of society and good fellowship;
The joy of contest, the yearnings of Religion, the mystic impulses of night, of nature, of solitude;
All these and a thousand other impulses, capacities, determinations, are indeed Yourself -- the output and evidence and delineation of Yourself.
They cannot (in any permanent sense) be peeled off and thrown away;
They spring inevitably deep down out of yourself -- and will recur again wherever you are.
There is no creature in the whole range of Being from the highest to the lowest which does not exhibit these and similar capacities, or the germs of them, in itself.
You are that Whole which Nature also is -- and yet you are that whole in your own peculiar way.

Believe yourself a whole...allow everything...every aspect...embrace yourself in totatlity....perceive yourself from essence...look upon yourself...the world, with sacramental perception. Everything is holy...adore yourself...adore the world. Believe yourself a whole. Amen.

La Vida Bonita

Chapelita ~ Ixtlahuacan de los Membrillos ~ Abril 8th

This is a picture of the chapelita that is near Delayne's home here in Mexico. On the morning of my 40th birthday we woke early and made the steep vertical trek to the top of the hill to spend time at the chapelita, to pray and light candles. When I reached the top I stretched out my arms vertically, then horizontally and made this prayer..."may I be expanded in my connection to the Divine and deeply rooted in the Earth...may I be a vessel of love, connecting Heaven and Earth, may I share the abundance of love and gifts that reside in my naked heart."

Today as I prepare to leave, I am feeling a peace beyond understanding, a deep connection to the earth and a calm readiness, a supple openness in my body and in my heart. I am grateful for this passage and I am ready to take my place on the holy ground of my own being and offer the inner pearl that resides in my heart as manna for my brothers and my sisters. I am grateful for the 40 years I have spent resurrecting my soul into wholeness and the completion that this time represents. Now, I turn ever so slowly, facing into the promised land that is my life, ready to live the years of milk and honey. The promise has been kept.

Thank you to all of you who are reading my words, I appreciate your presence and the connection that we share that is beyond words. I will soon be sharing 40 Practices for Embodying the I AM Presence...inspiration that found its way to me during this past week in Mexico. These are practices to powerfully apply the teachings that were presented in The Moses Code and they will also support the fusion and the embodiment of the mystical and the erotic in a way that blesses, heals, transforms and expands our being, our lives and our service to love.

I love you all and am deeply rooted in the knowing that we are truly amazing adorations and expressions of the One Power and the One Presence. And I am so grateful. Ameyn.

P.S. Angela/Angie: I received a message from you this week and somehow lost it while trying to save it. I would really like to hear from you again and would like to connect with you around your own awakening and emergence. Please email me again if you are reading this!

Navigating Our Mystical Erotic Awakening

"The unending sacred tremoring of consciousness in the body
is the supreme state!"

~ Lalla, 14th century poet and Kashmiri master ~

I am feeling full of love and gratitude...I am being encouraged as messages are coming in from all over the world...people feeling deep, core resonance with the path of waking up the sacred temple of the body and discovering the Heart of the Divine. This is the mystical erotic awakening, this is the Sacred Embodiment. I am that, I AM! Amen.

Embodying God -- Our Erotic Awakening

I believe as a collective we have a deep and profound hunger to experience the I AM, the Divine Presence in our own bodies and at the center of our lives and our relationships. Many times we fear the intimacy, the chaos and the wildness that we find in the embodied life, we often seek a spirituality that is transcendent and disconnected from the real experiences of our day to day lives. My own knowing and deep personal desire are taking me into the heart of what often times are held separate...that of God, Sex and Love. And, in this process of embodying God, of waking up this consciousness in my own body I am blessed to be experiencing the beauty and the magnitude of life force and love force waking up...I call this the mystical erotic awakening. This powerful energy, which Barbara Marx Hubbard refers to as "suprasexual" is the most potent, profound and powerful creative force we can access and harness...individually and collectively. This is the alchemy and the fire of embodied love.

Pierre Tielhard de Chardin wrote, “Fuse the powers of the sacred heart with the energies of the awakened body and you can transform everything.” The birth of a new divine humanity that is trying to take place in the depths of our contemporary crisis depends upon a radical union of all the opposites that have traditionally been kept separate: a radical union of transcendence and immanence, heaven and earth, mind and heart, body and soul, spirituality and sexuality, mystical awareness and radical action. Essential to this fusion of opposites is a living experience of the divine nature of the body and the calm and glorious energies that this awareness can release.

This video blog is a continuation of my exploration into the practice of the Presence and my own personal journey into the embodiment of Love.

I am humbled and I am grateful. Amen.

One People, One Heart, One Journey

~ The Moses Code Peace Vigil and Premiere at One Wellness Center ~
Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
~ Gilberto, Anakha and Gabriel

I hadn't even been in Mexico 24 hours when I found myself walking into a room full of people gathered to participate in The Moses Code peace vigil and to watch the movie...a bit surreal for sure. I was warmly welcomed by the two owners of One Wellness Center -- Gilberto and Gabriel (in the picture above). I was treated like a princess...no stranger in a strange land experience here! I was deeply touched and moved by the warmth and love and devotion of the people gathered and their deep desire to be instruments of love and peace on the planet in this time. I believe the Mexican people have so much to teach us about embodiment, about slowing the pace, living in the consciousness of "enoughness" and fully embracing spirituality and sexuality as one beautiful manifestation of God. I will keep myself open to the teachings of this place and these people this week while I am here. More to come...more to be revealed.

After meditating and watching the movie, they asked me to speak and answer questions. Gilberto was translating for his first time. At one point he looked at me smiling...completely overwhelmed by the speed of inspiration that was flowing...we laughed and embraced and I did my best to slow down.

Afterwards my friends Delayne and edd took me to Abuela's Terracio (grandmother's terrace) for chips, guacamole and a salad. We eventually headed back to the village Delayne lives in for a swim in the late afternoon sun. What stands out for me about today is the love I experienced with these people, their adoration and the palpable desire that emanated from their hearts. True embodiments of the Presence. I am grateful and I am curious to see what this week's adventure reveals. Traveling outside of the US always brings me into a deeper connection to the indwelling presence and brings a clarity of purpose. I welcome this experience!

My heart is full, my eyes wet with deep gratitude for our collective journey home...home to ourselves...to one another...to the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth...for that is the essence of God embodied. I love you all. Te
amo! Anakha

P.S. Gabriel and Gilberto spent the last 5 days translating The Moses Code into Spanish and adding the subtitles! A labor of love for sure!
Gracias hombres!

The Moses Code, 40 Years & Mexico

It is 4:44 a.m. and I am at PDX enroute to Guadalajara, Mexico. This is my first blog entry written from my iPhone, so it will be short & sweet! I am reminded this morning of God saying to Moses at the burning bush, "take off your shoes, for the place on which you stand is holy ground." Such is the practice of the Moses Code -- to truly embody the truth that I am, we are, the Holy Place in which God lives and breathes and has its Being. I am that Holiness, that Wholeness, I AM...we are.

This is both my greatest gift and my greatest challenge -- the path and state and station of fully embodying Love's Presence in my body, in my heart, in my mind...and at each now moment in the Life. We are made in the image and likeness of the I AM, any other perception misses the mark. This week I re-dedicate myself to courting the Presence, to standing on the Holy Ground of my own being, to making love with the Mystery and allowing the blessings to flow. I will turn 40 this week...a turning point...I am ready to enter the Promised Land and drink from the fountain of milk and honey! I am coming home!

The Moses Code premieres this weekend and I will have the pleasure of attending the screening in Guadalajara and sharing my experience with the embodiment of the I Am! I am grateful, I am. Amen.

Cellular Awakening

Becoming an embodiment and expression of the Divine Presence requires that we awaken and activate the consciousness contained in our cells. We do this by moving at the pace of the universal heartbeat "the pace of oneness"...slowing to our natural rhythm and bringing breath, "ruach," (Hebrew: Spirit, breath) fully into the body. This video blog discusses how we can begin to bring God into the body and enact the Christ consciousness in the world.

Christ has no body now on earth but yours,
no hands but yours,
no feet but yours,
yours are the eyes through which Christ's compassion
is to look out to the earth,
yours are the feet by which He is to go about doing good
and yours are the hands by which He is to bless us now.

Undivided in Love

The Trillium Flower
Referred to as the "Herb of True Love"
(Photo taken on an afternoon walk in Forest Park, Portland, Oregon)

I am feeling the tenderness of Spring inside of me today. A quiet state of being, surrendering to, allowing the stillness. Bringing a profound and effortless emergence. The shoots of new life are peeking out, blossoms opening, color emerging. I wonder if I too am being delivered, opened into new life? Just as in nature, there is a death that gives rise to new life. I feel the co-mingling of life and death inside of me. This is a precious, vulnerable and tender place...knowing that I am dying and simultaneously being birthed into new life. To feel this intermingling is to come to the edge of the edge of my Self and of Life. Suspended between life and death, I touch down into the ground of being. I remember that what is essential in each moment is to experience Love's presence, to join with the I AM and to breath into the nowness. Isness, nowness, oneness...the trinity of the Trillium arriving with the robin's call. I am coming home to essence, breathing in life's essential wholeness. Reconnecting with the innocence of being. The joy of life opens in the darkness and blossoms in the Spring. I surrender to this moment. I surrender to the essential life opening and blossoming. I give myself, undivided, to Love.
I give thanks and praise for the gift of nature, for all of the love she brings, for the guidance she offers. Thank you glorious, wondrous, precious nature. Ameyn.
