Becoming an embodiment and expression of the Divine Presence requires that we awaken and activate the consciousness contained in our cells. We do this by moving at the pace of the universal heartbeat "the pace of oneness"...slowing to our natural rhythm and bringing breath, "ruach," (Hebrew: Spirit, breath) fully into the body. This video blog discusses how we can begin to bring God into the body and enact the Christ consciousness in the world.
